No refund of Tickets purchased They have had my money since Feb.

I have contacted them online numerous times ,one reply months ago telling me my refund would be dealt with soon! otherwise they don't bother to reply.I wonder if in fact they are going under?

User's recommendation: Don' go there! when theatres open again book with someone else!

Cancellation of show

I have just been notified of a cancellation of a show booked and paid for. I have been given a voucher code to redeem at the checkout for another booking, which does not work, so have tried to call Encore, and get a message saying, nobody is available, as they are all working from home. How do all the other businesses manage when working from home, to still over a phone service for customers. Shocking!

Have'nt received my 2 tickets for only fool and horses for 4th december2021

my tickets are a Birthday present the £208 was taken out of my bank account on the 4th october 2021 yet no tickets have arrived please where are they???

Book to see Pretty woman

I have a voucher for two tickets value £65 each to see the show Pretty Woman which has been cancelled twice already because of covid pandemic. I have tried on numerous occasions to rebook for the afternoon show on November 10th 2021 but I just cannot get through online or speak to anyone, so could you please help me as this a special occasion for my wife's birthday and I cannot let her down again. Communications? Impossible

Booked and paid for tickets - got booking and refs numbers by phone.... No ticket info... ATG dont want to help. Encore seem to be partof TodayTix. Neither company has an active phone line. They seem impossible to contact... £90 down the swannee AVOID AT ALL COSTS - ONLY BOOK DIRECT

Tickets Cancelled

I paid £516 for 4 tickets to Cinderella for my two granddaughters birthday treats + flights to and hotels in London. When we arrived at the theatre we were told our tickets didn't scan and sent to the box office where we were told the tickets had been cancelled and our money refunded. I had no communication to say the tickets had been cancelled and certainly no refund for the £516. The Theatre box office got me more tickets, but we had to pay again! Now there is no way to speak to anyone at Encore and the reply time to emails is up to 5 days. Shocking service! I understand there is still problems with Covid but this is still shocking. Nearly £2,000 spent on a trip wasted.

No response to emails and can’t speak to anyone via phone

Since booking my tickets to see Cinderella I have broken my foot and I have been told by the theatre that the seats are not easily accessible . I have been trying to get a response since last week about this. They suggest I cancel and rebook direct with theatre ? Can you respond ASAP please as date is getting nearer. Regards Kim Polito

Failure to respond or refund

I received an Encore gift voucher. However, after weeks of emailing them for this to be used for a performance, receiving no response beyond an automated one and ultimately paying for the performance in full through them and asking to be refunded, they have still not responded substantively. They don't have phone lines either.

Unable to process voucher so I have double paid for tickets.

Encore responded inadequately to my first request for reimbiursement simply referring me to website where my voucher is stored. So I have repeated request for reimbursement . No reply yet

Can't get credit note to work

Whne Covid hit you sent me an email with a credit note. (referenec number 844****. I've just to book a London theatre ticket and cannot get this number to do anything. Change dates for pretty woman

I booked for the 14 August And you changed it to the 25 the September cant go then iv look on the website and there are tickets available for the 14th August so dont know why the dates are changed thanks
